Return & Refund Policy

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order or from the date of receipt of your returned product.

Refund Policy:

If you receive a package which is damaged during transit then please do not accept it. You can return the same and contact us asking for another piece.

If you want to return the product for any other reason, please follow below process:

Submit Your Return Request at happyustore01@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please explain the reason you want to return the product, along with photos, as necessary.

Once we are satisfied with the return reason, we will issue a return material letter to you. No returns will be accepted without proper RMA from us.

We will then arrange for a reverse pickup from your side- for which no amount is needed to be paid on your end.

We would inspect the product upon receipt, and communicate to you our decision to process full/ partial refund as per the specific condition of return. We will issue 100% refund in case of damaged, defective items.

There might be cases where due to pin code non serviceability, the service is not available for the pickup of the parcel- in those cases, and the customer is expected to send the parcel back on the mentioned address.
